There is no charge for this service.

How do I submit an Intra-library Loan request?
Intra-Library Loan Service form is available via the Taylor’s Library Website at this link: https://taylorslibrary.taylors.edu.my/services/intra_library_loan1
The completed form can be forwarded via email to intralibrary@taylors.edu.my
 
Please note, before submitting a request, please ensure that the item is not available at your campus library by searching via Taylor’s catalogue at this link: https://taylorslibrary.taylors.edu.my/

When will the book arrive and how will I know it is here?
Once the form has been submitted, it will take around 5 working days for the item to arrive at your campus Library. The Library will notify you via email.

Where do I pick up the item(s) that I requested through Intra-library Loan?
Items may be picked up at Lending Services desk (Taylor's Library) and Lending & Information Services Desk at Taylor's Clinical School Library.

Please refer to the borrowing Privileges

Where should I return the item(s) that I borrowed through Intra-library Loan (ILL)?
You may return the item(s) at any of Taylor’s libraries.
