On May 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM, Taylor's Library welcomed five representatives from Universiti Teknologi Mara for a benchmarking visit focused on reference source procurement management. The visitors were first briefed by the Head Librarian, Ms. Leenawati Razali. Subsequently, the library team provided a comprehensive tour of the facility, with valuable assistance from Ms. Wilmina Lee, Ms. Nur Liyana, and Ms. Nor Shuhada, ensuring a thorough overview of the library's resources and operations.
