On Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 3:30 PM, the RQA hosted a delegation of 40 visitors from public universities, specifically the Majlis Bendahari University Awam (MBUA), for a benchmarking visit. Upon their arrival at the library, the Head Librarian, Ms. Leenawati Razali, formally welcomed the guests. Following this, the visitors received an informative briefing and were escorted on a guided tour by Head Librarian, along with  Ms. Fauziatul Alma, Mr. Harith and Ms. Dianafitri. The tour provided an opportunity for the guests to become acquainted with the various facilities, services, and resources available at Taylor's Library.
